| 竞投须知 |

一、 本次拍卖会由上海驰翰拍卖有限公司举办，拍卖活动均依据本次拍卖图录中所刊登的拍卖规则进行。请参加拍卖活动的相关各方必须仔细阅读并予以遵守。
二、 公司通过图录、预展、媒体、网络、出版物宣传以及口头表述等任何方式对於拍品状况之描述仅供参考，公司对拍品不承担瑕疵(包括缺陷)担保责任，竞买人应亲自审看拍卖品原物。
三、 竞买人在竞投前须持本人身份证或护照，经填写竞投登记表并交纳人民币20万元竞投保证金领取号牌後入场。
四、 竞买人须保管好所领取的竞投号牌，任何对本竞投号牌的使用均被视作竞买人的出价或应价。竞买人须对他人使用其竞投号牌的行为承担全部法律责任。
五、 竞买人应对自己举牌出价负责，一经拍卖师落槌敲定，即为有效成交(不论是否签署成交确认书)，竞买人不得反悔，否则承担由此引起的一切法律责任。
六、 竞买人如成功投得拍卖品，应支付给拍卖公司相当於拍卖品落槌价15%的佣金。
七、 为保证拍卖的合法性、公正性，委托人不得竞投所委托的拍品，否则所引发的後果均由本人承担。
八、 本次拍卖会除当场结算之外，日後付款、提货的买受人，请按拍卖方付款通知书所指定的账号付款及指定地点办理提货。
九、 根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》、《中华人民共和国拍卖法》之规定，买受人如将文物携运出境，须依法另行办理文物出境审核手续。不可以出境的拍卖品，恕不办理出境手续。
十、 如您认为本次拍卖会有违反《拍卖法》的情况，致使您的权益遭受侵害的，您可向上海市工商行政管理机关投诉，举报。电话：(86-21) 54236252
十一、所有有出版的拍品均不提供出版物原件。

AUCTION NOTICE
1. Activity in auction of Shanghai Johhan Auctions Co., Ltd. is subject to the stipulation published in the auction brochure. Each and every participant shall abide by the stipulation in the process of auction.
2. Should the Company before an auction provide auction target description of any form, including but not limited to auction brochure, pre-show, media, internet, publication and oral description, such description shall serve as reference data and the Company shall not bear the liability for guaranteeing the drawbacks.
3. Bidder shall
a. bring at least one form of identity certificate, i.e. passport or identity card,
b. fill out an auction registration form,
c. supply 100,000 CNY auction deposit
before being assigned with an auction number and entering the venue.
4. Bidder shall bear full legal liabilities for any activities, including bidding by someone other than the bidder, performed through the assigned auction number.
5. Once the bidding price is confirmed by the auctioneer dropping the hammer, a bidder shall not withdraw it and shall bear all legal liabilities associated with it.
6. Once the auction is completed, the Company may collect commissions at twelve percent of the auction completion price.
7. To ensure legality and impartiality of the auction, trustee shall not participate in bidding and is subject to all associated legal liabilities.
8. Besides onsite settlement, buyer shall perform payment and claim auction item through account number and delivery location stated in the payment announcement.
9. Abiding by the Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Protection of Cultural Relics and the Auction Law of the People’s Republic of China, buyer shall undergo official cultral relics export procedures before bringing the auction item outside the country.
10. Should the auction stipulation be considered a violation of Auction Law of the People's Republic of China and participants' legal rights, please register your complaint at Shanghai Bureau of Industry and Commerce Administration through number (86-21) 54236252
11. All the published auction target will not provide the original publication.
